Kazzong Terms for Labels

Kazzong allows you to enter your own recommended prices. The system provides price scales for this purpose, from which you can choose your preferred sales prices. Your earnings per sale will vary according to the sales price you have chosen.
The following table shows which sales prices (price scales) are currently applicable to you for individual tracks that are not registered with a production rights society, as well as your earnings per track.

Note: For German labels who are subject to VAT, the current tax rate will be added to the earned amount
The percentage withheld by Kazzong will be used to cover transaction cost. Kazzong will use this amount to pay for payment service fees, MP3 licensing fees, Sales Partner commissions, etc.
Kazzong also generally undertakes to pay any fees due to production rights societies. If your tracks have been registered with a production rights society, the fee due to the society will be deducted from your earned amount.
Note: Even if your own tracks are not registered with any production rights society, cover versions are usually registered under the name of the original artist/composer. In this case, Kazzong is obliged to deduct the production rights society fee from your earnings.
Your Kazzong Label Account allows you to define bundles (e.g. albums) and sell them through a Kazzong Player. You may specify separate prices for a bundle, depending on the number of tracks it contains. If an album has 10 songs, for example, you can offer the individual tracks to your fans at a price of EUR 0.99 or sell the complete bundle at EUR 5.99.
Your earnings per bundle may also vary, depending on whether they contain tracks that are registered with a production rights society.

Free usage without hidden costs
The usage of Kazzong is totaly free. Kazzong earns money over the downloads. There are no hidden costs. You can delete songs always directly out of Kazzong when you don't want to use it anymore. There is no monthly free to use Kazzong.
